Payments
All payments for services rendered by digiweb.website are due upon agreement of scope and commencement of work. Payment terms will be specified in each client agreement or invoice. Upon project commencement, a 40% advance fee is required, with the remaining 60% due after your site goes live on the test domain.
Refunds
Refunds for services provided by digiweb.website will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, services rendered are final and non-refundable due to the inclusion of live tests. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss a resolution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary access to relevant accounts (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, MerchantPro and other website-building platforms) and any third-party services required for customization or multimedia editing. Clients must also provide accurate and timely feedback during the service delivery process.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to customized websites, multimedia edits, or other deliverables remain with digiweb.website until full payment has been received.
Confidentiality
digiweb.website is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, client lists, and trade secrets.

Digiweb Services acknowledges that plugins and tools used in the development of your project may be proprietary, sourced from the platform used, or provided by a third party. We emphasize that we are not responsible nor liable for any advancements or customization made by individuals who do not possess expertise in these tools or platforms. Clients are advised to contact us first before engaging any external professionals for services beyond the scope we provide.
